Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms lacked shelves or storage space, the huge and very comfortable beds made up for it. The balcony in a quiet location added a nice touch, and all necessary amenities were provided. Service was efficient, offering room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The location was convenient, right in the center of the old town, perfect for exploring nearby temples. The dining experience offered natural products but could have been better. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right in the center of old town Chiang Mai. The rooms were spacious and clean, with huge very comfortable beds. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping exceeding my expectations. However, the dining options were limited, and the price was a bit on the higher side.
This hotel has fantastic rooms with a balcony, even equipped with a Jacuzzi and very comfortable beds. The added bathroom displaying a tub adds a luxurious touch.
